In January of 2019, my husband, Eddie, our dogs, Coco and Cooper, and I made the crazy decision to move to 567 miles from Pewaukee, WI to Nashville, TN.  We didn't know anyone in Tennessee, but his job offer was one we couldn't turn down!  Six months prior, I had purchased my first investment property, so when we moved to TN, I decided to go all-in on real estate and have never looked back!
